We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases so please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes and colours may vary ever so slightly. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your customer advice note) within 7 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement – no questions asked.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. We can only replace identical products so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The Equi-Med Ag guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call our customer services team on 0191 511 8323 / 07775 577 165 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If any repairs or alterations are required they will be carried out by prior arrangement with a member of Equi-Med staff and must arrive washed (as per washing instructions) and in a clean reasonable state to be handled by our staff. Any boots that arrive soiled, unwashed or unfit for handling will be returned unrepaired, Equi-Med Ag reserve the right to refuse to repair/alter boots deemed unfit.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
